Okay, I am not sure about this, but if I get it wrong its not really my fault.
I don't think that flagmen answer questions.
They don't entertain the audience with jokes.
But they may comment on the central problem.
I don't believe that they announce the arrival of trains.
So there is only one logical answer. Next time, its good to read the book. :)
