So, I'm having a problem with my Windows Media Player. http://prntscr.com/5um81w How do I fix it?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Have you tried what they suggest?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And someone with your same error, but in Spanish, was directed to this: http://answers.microsoft.com/es-es/windows/forum/windows_7-system/al-abrir-el-windows-media-player-me-indica-que-el/c633a0a2-beee-4ecf-85fe-961974b24659 Without translation I can tell they are talking about using the registry edit tools to delete the versions from the registry. That solved the problem for the one lady.
