Hints:
a. "the length of a rectangle is 5 mm longer than its width" , so let l be the length and w be the width... so the expression will be? w +______ ?

b. perimeter is the the total sum of the sides.. since it's a rectangle the perimeter would be 2l + 2w..(p=2l + 2w )
"perimeter is more than 30 mm" so replace the equal sign from the formula by an inequality sign. 

c. use the expression you made from a and substitute it in the inequality you made from part b. (replacing "l" and solving for "w")
