first of all are you allow to use graphing calculator or no? if yes you can do as above by
press (math) button --> then, move down and press ( logBASE(__)--->then insert 7 for the BASE and insert 124 for the blank(__).

Change of BASE formula: \[\log_{n}m= \frac{ \log_{b}m }{ \log_{b}n }\]
