how did these teachings make buddhism appealing to people of all casts?

OpenStudy (king.void.):

WELCOME TO OPENSTUDY!!!!! Your answer will be found in this link I found for you :) http://www.answers.com/Q/Why_did_the_Buddha%27s_teachings_about_nirvana_appeal_to_many_people_of_lower_castes Enjoy!

pooja195 (pooja195):

@King.Void. links are counted as direct answers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (king.void.):

They're explaining it @pooja195 . And it wasn't a multiple choice question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No it's not. @pooja195

pooja195 (pooja195):

yes they are especially answer.com also a direct answer is considered direct when there is no participation from the asker them self

OpenStudy (king.void.):

If you're done with this question, please close it. Thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, I understand. But the person could also do it but we're just pointing them in that direction. I'll ask a moderator. Direct answers are saying "The answer is A"

pooja195 (pooja195):

i already asked an ambi :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Good for you, but I'm going to ask a mod because they are the main people.

pooja195 (pooja195):

@hartnn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I just asked him.

pooja195 (pooja195):

really what did he say? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He didn't respond yet, I'm guessing he's busy. :P He'll get back to me.

pooja195 (pooja195):

look im not going to argue in my opinion this is a direct answer an also according to an ambi and btw ambis are just as important as mods

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I wasn't aware that it as an argument. I thought it was a discussion. Also, that's my opinion, I think Mods are more important than ambies.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

People have different opinions, we have to accept that.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

True links are a partial way of direct answers becaue OS is all about the learning process and by giving them links that have the answer, they will only take the ansewer, and not learn anything.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

because* answer*

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Just my thoughts..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A mod had told me that it was okay to give links because it's not actually giving them the answer. Direct answers are saying "the answer is a" That's why you give them the link so they could understand more better because all links aren't always direct answers, some people actually explain to them.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol, I know. Your opinion is welcome :3 Thank you for explaining to me.

pooja195 (pooja195):

hmm your right but yahoo and answers.com arent the right links:P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Most of them are.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But anyways, @TheSmartOne Like here the person is explaining to the user http://prntscr.com/5v3lre

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That isn't a direct answer, but anyways I'm going to finish helping some people. Have a nice night.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

xD you too!

hartnn (hartnn):

i agree with TSO :) giving away links to direct answer will not help with the learning process, please avoid them :)
