i would say its after you wake up and running 1 mile in 8 min
1) after you wake up, the other options seem to make no sense 2) running seems appropiate, but actually all of them except for driving are cardio workouts
running? u sure I thought swimming for 40 mins?...
we dont know how far you swam so you can swim 1 mile in 40 min compared to running 1 mile in 8 min
