We as Ambis cannot do anything but if you'd like he may get a community suspension. I was not present so I cannot say if these proofs are correct. But a community suspension is: Get 2 or 3 more other people to report with you, and there you go. A community suspension. but keep in mind that they don't always happen due to the lag.

Screen shots can be faked so the best thing to do is report the user with full details of what the user did that may have violated the code of conduct or terms and conditions and then maybe something will get done.
