Help please I will give a medal and fan.

This is for my Anatomy and Physiology class in the section dealing with Nerve Conduction and neurons, axons and the Central Nervous system and Peripheral Nervous System ........... I am suppose to describe what is happening in the illustrations from A to C. But trying to figure out what the pic is of. Any ideas?

it seems kind of neurotransmitter and receptors occuring may be due to change in stimulis, basically some type of information is being conveyed.
