Can you please help me identify the nucleus, cytoplasm and cellular membrane? Attached below is the liver cell of a salamander under the light microscope.

The nucleus is the big one because it usually commands the cell, the cytoplasm is the stuff around it not bubbled and the cell membrane is : "is a biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside environment. The cell membrane is selectively permeable to ions and organic molecules and controls the movement of substances in and out of cells." (Google)
