Which of the following are anthropogenic sources of acid rain? volcano emissions, lightning, and microbial processes industrial emissions and other man-made polluters smokestacks and volcano emissions microbial processes and fuel combustion
@iGreen
NOx and SO2 can come from natural or human made (anthropogenic) sources. Volcanoes and sea spray are typical natural sources of SO2. Lightning is the most common natural source of NOx. Contributions from natural sources are generally small compared to those from anthropogenic sources. http://www.epa.gov/region1/eco/acidrain/causes.html
What do you think?
A ??
this isn't history please post under the correct subject please
@iGreen am i right
yes its A
sorry its B
Human activities are the main cause of acid rain. Over the past few decades, humans have released so many different chemicals into the air that they have changed the mix of gases in the atmosphere. Power plants release the majority of sulfur dioxide and much of the nitrogen oxides when they burn fossil fuels, such as coal
alright thanks :D
Yep, A is correct.
@ichliebedich It's not B..because it's asking for anthropogenic sources of Acid rain..human activities are not anthropogenic sources.
oh okay i think i read it wrong
