@KamiBug @haleyelizabeth2017 plzz help?????

OpenStudy (haleyelizabeth2017):

You are correct for the first one because -2/-5=2/5 You are also correct for the second one because the slope is negative. For the third one, you are going to want to take 2 points from the table and plug it into the slope formula. (m=y2-y1/x2-x1) To check the last one, do the same as I told you for the third one :)

Ok thx

OpenStudy (haleyelizabeth2017):

No problem! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The third one you can see it is moving downwards so it is going to be a negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Look at the y -10, -16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea I saw that thx(:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Look at 4, what do you think. Remember if the line is going down it is negative.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok just a sec plz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Look at y, it is moving down.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea its moving down so its negative right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, x starts at -3 and as it moves toward 0 y is moving down
