What steps can you take to ensure a safe workout program? (I know this isn't under health or fitness but that's only because I couldn't find where they were, any help is welcome!) Also I will award medal to best answer(:
Make sure that you start with a fiveminute warm up period. Make sure that you are doing the right workout plan. Wear the appropriate clothing and most importantly make sure that you stay hydrated
I know about that. I was just having trouble writing more detail because I need at least a paragraph for this answer.

OHH ok make sure that you stretch out before you do any kind of exercise for example when I run with my dad we always stretch out before we run.
Remember though a paragraph only has to be 4 sentences or more.
I can't believe this school year is almost over though. (sorry for that random comment)
Always warm up and cool down, take it easy during the beginning the gradually increase umm how hard I guess you can say, you are working out. Always drink water, to stay hydrated. Use sunblock weather hot or cold out to protect you skin.
Anyways, I still need a little more detail. Anything is helpful(:
