When? Like between which hours? The pounds of concrete can not be determined unless we are given a specific time.

Well okay c: I'm assuming that they took a break between the _ hour and the _ hour because [according to the graph], no progress was made during that time whatsoever. Using the graph to determine the how many pounds were used, I would say approximately the amount: 240lbs - 160lbs = ?
