The center is located at (1, 3), and the radius is 36. The center is located at (-1, - 3), and the radius is 6. The center is located at (1, 3), and the radius is 6. yeah. the final equation that I got was (x-1)^2 + (y-3)^2 = 6^2

the answer ended up being the last one.

it was a multiple choice question.

nope it was 26. in our geometry class they taught us that when we complete the quadratics, when we add the ending to the quadratics ( so like in this case the 1 and 9) we also add them to the ending number, in this case 26 to make it 36. ((idk if this makes any sense to you with the way that I worded it))
