"We're providing more funding for our schools–a 36 percent increase since 2001. We are requiring higher standards. We are regularly testing every child on the fundamentals."–President George W. Bush, 2004 State of the Union Address "For less than one percent of what our nation spends on education each year, we've convinced nearly every state in the country to raise their standards for teaching and learning -- the first time that's happened in a generation."–President Barack Obama, 2012 State of the Union Address
Based on the quotes above, it is reasonable to assume that A. President Bush failed to achieve his policy goals related to improving education B. President Obama does not carefully study the history of past presidents' policies C. President Bush thought testing was not important as a measure of school success D. President Obama considers earlier efforts in reforming education to be unsuccessful

but can u explain why im wrong
so am i right?? @skyphos
is my answer correct??
president obama is ruining the US economy lowering the cost on gas, just to ruin Russian economy. He is one of the worse presidents US have ever had!!!!! I am not a PRO for this quote.
Bush said that "We are regularly testing every child on the fundamentals."...if bush believed testing was not important...why would he test kids regularly?
ok
yes, C is indeed incorrect:D
Is A correct because i answered A
I would generally consider anything good said about Obama to be incorrect. He is so awful.....! D. President Obama considers earlier efforts in reforming education to be unsuccessful
I am thinking so, because, `the first time that's happened in a generation`
^
So he is saying that previous times are fails.
Obama suc(k)s don't take his words!!!
Consider everything he has done for his current term. Wouldn't wish to my biggest enemy what he did to the US economy, and is still doing now,
I am not kidding, every time I have a chance I say this....
yw
im confused so is the answer A or D?? @SolomonZelman @skyphos
I am saying it is D
because, Obama is saying "the first time in the generation" implying that nothing happened before.
Meaning, that prev. efforts failed.
The gas went down for now -- good news. It will go up even more, most likely -- because of the gap in the economy he is causing by this "fake" gas-cost-decrease.
