It looks to me like the filling volume will depend on the volume of the UV lamps inside the tank. As for the flow rate, what about the 335GPM at the top of your specifications list? If that's not it, please explain why not and more precisely what you're looking for. I can't see how one would calculate require chlorine dosage from these numbers. You haven't specified whether you're looking for a particular chlorine concentration or disinfecting power, in which case we'd have to know the metrics of chlorine's microbicidal potency. Also please explain further what "cycle" and "detention time" means. Finally, it would be helpful to be consistent; use either imperial or metric units but not both.

To summarise, I am getting the feeling you've just downloaded a data sheet which contains a lot of information we don't need to calculate what you want and is missing some data which we do.
