Help please!! Medal and fan?? What equation is solved by the graphed systems of equations? Two linear equations that intersect at the point negative 1, negative 4. 7x + 3 = x + 3 7x - 3 = x - 3 7x + 3 = x - 3 7x - 3 = x + 3

Here is the graph:

C. idk how to explain. But you have to see where the line crosses through the y-axis and see what the slope is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am pretty sure she is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How did you get the answer? I tried get it by simplifying the equations but there was no y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry openstudy is lagging

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y is the axis that runs vertically

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But isnt y required to be in an equation if you want to find slope?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

on the first one, the line crosses the y-axis at 3 and the slope is 7 so it's 7x+3. Normally it would be y=7x+3 but in the kind of question, no. It's hard to understand, it's weird.

Ohhh

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks- It was correct!!! Yay!

Glad I could help (:
