the solution is the point that is on both lines. can you read off that point ?

yeah, i believe its 8 and 4, judging by the graph

? that is not one of the choices. put your finger on the point where the lines cross. how far "up" is it from the x-axis ... that will be the y number (2nd number in the (x,y) ) count how far from the y-axis (side ways) that is the x number.
