how many high & low tides does this picture have?

I guess you could argue that each peak below 0 would be a low tide and local maximum would be a high tide in the first graph for water levels. Type in terms of it has been predicted there was x amount, but only y amount was actually observed.

Only guessing as I've not seen such a chart before.
