Hey @teddy0987 and welcome to Openstudy. The simple principle in transcription is that the DNA stand is serving as a template for base pairing thereby creating an RNA stand. Also the nitrogenous being reaplced in transcription is thymine with uracil. Can you try guess what stand it would be then. Oh. Good job.
