Hey @teddy0987 and welcome to Openstudy.
The simple principle in transcription is that the DNA stand is serving as a template for base pairing thereby creating an RNA stand. Also the nitrogenous being reaplced in transcription is thymine with uracil. Can you try guess what stand it would be then.
