Help please? :/ Gina drew a circle with right triangle PRQ inscribed in it, as shown below: https://vvsd6966-vvagpeap-ccl.gradpoint.com/Resource/6114359,67D,0,0,0,0,0/Assets/74874_53c6cf97/image0044e68b99e.jpg If the measure of arc QR is 100, what is the measure of angle PQR? 65 75 40 50 40 degrees?

Directrix (directrix):

If arc QR = 100, then arc PR is 80 because arc QRP is a semicircle. A semicircle has measure 180

Directrix (directrix):

Angle PQR is an inscribed angle of a circle. The measure of an inscribed angle is 1/2 of its intercepted arc. The intercepted arc is arc PR. Take half of its measure and that is the answer.

Directrix (directrix):

So, what is the answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So 50?I figured it out already :P What I need help in is my new one.

Directrix (directrix):

50 is not correct.

Directrix (directrix):

One-half of 80 is not 50. Try again.

Directrix (directrix):

@Tatsurion

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it's 40?

Directrix (directrix):

Correct.

Directrix (directrix):

Where is the new problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got it.

Directrix (directrix):

That is what you said about the last one. I can check it if you like.
