-4x(x^2+2x-3) please help medal and fan :)

OpenStudy (ccswims):

You need to first do the distributive property, so distribute -4x to x^2, 2x, and -3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so x^2 would be -8^3, and 2x would be-8^2 and -3 would be 12 Is that correct?

OpenStudy (ccswims):

it would only be (-4x^3 - 8x + 12) not -8x^3 because its only "x^2" not "2x^2"

oh ok. THANKS!!!!! :)
