OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):
Please remember to use proper grammar or I might auto-correct you. xD
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Are the verb tenses in the sentence consistent, or do they shift unnecessarily?
In the autumn, the leaves turn brown, and they fell off of the trees.
A.
The verb tenses shift.
B.
The verb tenses are consistent.
OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):
I would prefer it if you actually posted in the right box though...
@Crystalinq
OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):
Okay, so ask yourself these two questions:
1. What is the tense of "turn", and what is the tense of "fell"?
2. Do these tenses match?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
B?

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):
Wrong.
The verb tenses do not match
"Turn" is present tense, "fell" is past tense.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):
If it had been "turned" and "fell", then yes they would be consistent
OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):
xD
OpenStudy (anonymous):

Don't forget to close this question :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
@King.Void. Why would I close this question?
OpenStudy (king.void.):
Because you should tell people in the PM, not make a post about, this is labeled at spam.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
So I should spam-PM a lot of people? :l
@King.Void.
OpenStudy (king.void.):
The people who really needs help yes.

I guess I could just question-stalk and help wherever I think I can then :x
OpenStudy (king.void.):
And also they should make their own post :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
What if they don't know how to, and then KEEP SPAMMING it in chat/PM after we tell them not to? :l
OpenStudy (anonymous):
We can report those people right >_>
OpenStudy (king.void.):
Wait what? If anyone spams, you've the right to report :)

If they keep spam-asking the question in the wrong area xD
@King.Void.
OpenStudy (king.void.):
Oh now LOL
Just correct them and let them know they are in the wrong section :) And Guide them to the correct section ;)
OpenStudy (king.void.):
But if they don't listen, then you "report" :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
And if they insist on the wrong section =_=?
This has happened to me several times. I do believe they recognize English well enough...
Ok
OpenStudy (king.void.):
Then yes you'll report :)
