Double replacement reactions look like: \[AB+CD \rightarrow AD+BC\] where each of these letters could represent an ion or polyatomic ion.

You will need to take into account the charges of each ion.
Also, you have cations bonded to anions in each compound. You will still need a cation bonded to an anion for the products.
