All that, except the 100 SS color change (for what I know) has been requested, though sending pictures like that through chat can be abused

They would but they need title suggestions.
We have already came up with some titles for Physics and Earth Science. But they are busy currently with QH's, Owlbucks, New Landing Page, etc so this is is a lottle down on their list of priorities.

2. Make an possibility to send pictures in messages and in chats.

Like Nnesha said, just take a screenshot of it and paste the picture in the chat or messaging.
But this feature will also cause cheating. People will send each other screenshots of test through messages. And they will upload their portfolio and send it to their friend.
So there is a drawback :/

Hmm. They are trying to keep OS all the same. So only have 4 titles in Math (while all the rest subjects have 3) might be confusing to explain to new users (again and again).
But getting to 3000 medals first is a challenge itself.
They should make a 25,000 medal title challenge just to tease @satellite73 lol
( @jigglypuff314 's idea about the 25,000 medal title :P )

4. kingvoids idea is to be able to change what you wrote in the comment

Like they said in the post, you can give a wrong answer but reply first. And the person who answers second gives the correct answer. Then the first person can edit his reply. And most of the people will medal the first person for telling the answer first.

Basically: This would be a great idea if we can see the edited comments. Before and after :P

Here are my thoughts on your suggestions.

Number 1: They should make titles. Its not that hard but the team is really busy working on other helpful features.
Number 2: Not going to happen. Unless they have a filter on bad pictures. Because it could lead to nasty things.
Number 3: First get to 3000 medals. Only a handful of people have over 3000 rightfully earned medals in math.
Number 4: Many people suggested this before but it could lead to an unfair advantage for the first people to comment.

Also more to #3:

Math is the only subject where like 10-20 people have gotten the 3rd title. Biology has only 1 person who crossed 3000. All the rest subjects have never reached 3000 medals.
