Guys, I need a second pair of eyes on my letter for formal complaint I'm sending. I've redacted names and links for obvious reasons. Thanks for the help in advance.

Dear Administrators

I’m here to report a violation of the terms of use of one of your members, particularly a moderator, David (link). The following is a documentation of the event. I’ve provided links and print screens when possible. I would like to note that I bare no ill will to others mentioned in the following paragraphs. My complaint only extends to David.

I’ve provided an answer to a question (link). My answer was then deleted by David due to it not agreeing to his standards despite my answer being in accordance to the terms of use of [WEBSITE NAME]. The link and print screen [QUE.png] I’ve presented shows my re-included answer. The print screen shows my answer before the suggested edit by Clair (link) [ASK1-2.png, ASK1-2NOT.png]. I’m unable to provide a print screen of the original state of the question and/or answer though my re-included answer, excluding comments, is similar to the original.

I contacted him regarding the matter and explained my answer. We came to a disagreement. Harsh words were used on my end which lead to David lashing out by deleting all my other answers not relating to the original questions [PM2.png, PM3.png, DEL1-1.png to DEL3-2.png]. If put under review, all my answers are in accordance to the terms of use. Sadly I only have a partial of the conversation as print screens. According to the regulations of [WEBSITE NAME], David’s behavior is a violation under § 8 of the terms of us. He bases his judgment on his personal standards and not the standards of [WEBSITE NAME]. I apologize and accept any punishment for my behavior. The use of vulgarity is a violation of § 6 in the terms of use.

Being new to the website and unaware of the procedure, I’ve sought help by posting a question asking how to report a user, particularly a moderator, in [WEBSITE NAME]. I’m unable to provide a link or print screen of this question due to it being deleted by Clair before I am able to. However, I have print screens of the notifications from Clair [ASK1-1.png, ASK1-1NOT.png]. The user Patricia (link) and Clair provided an answer though I was unable to locate the button she has mentioned.

Failing so, I presented my case in another question (REP.png). I am unable to provide a link due to it being deleted by Erik (link) [ASK2.png, ASK2NOT.png]. I’ve also asked help from another moderator, Nikki (link) [NIK.png], who referred me to two Community Managers: Sven (link) [SVE.png] and Cassie (link) [CAS.png].

I now present my case to the Administrators. I hope my presentation and documentation of the event which prompt my complaint is sufficient. I strongly believe that David’s behavior is in clear violation of the terms of use and an abuse of power.

Wow ypu.must have.spent a long time on this :/ I belive the.harassment on os is outa hand I experienced lots of this yesterday trust me :/ although im sorry that happened and hope this issue gets resolved so u can enjoy os like all of us :) wish u luck on this hope it gets resolveed :)

Mentioning the sites name in another site, especially in a negative term is a violation of their terms of use. Hence the redaction.

Yeah well, mods will act like jerks if the common users don't write complaints once in a while.

I should do this to I get around 15 messages a day and about 85% of then are nasty and mainly the rest are harassment

You can report them but I prefer harassing them back. You know, a dose of their own meds xD
