Two questions! That's it. I promise! Fan and medal! 100% confused. The formula is V=1/3 pi r^2(h)

What is the approximate volume of a cone with a height of 7 mm and radius of 19 mm?

Use 3.14 to approximate pi, and round answers to two decimal places if necessary.

I did plug it into the formula but everytime I do it, I get decimal, then I submit the answer and it tells me I either put the decimal in the wrong place or the last digit was wrong or something.

2 round off to 2nd DP, look at the next (3rd DP). If it's equal or greater than 5, increase 2nd DP by 1 and drop everything else. If it's less than 5, let the 2nd DP be and drop the rest. DP means decimal place.
