I finished Part A.

You can find your y-int when x=0. In the first equation, your y-int is -1. In the second equation your y-int is 3.

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

g(x) = 4x + 3 3 is the intercept when y=mx+b f(x) says that when x=0, y=-1 g(x)=y intercept=3 f(x)=y intercept=-1
