Helpful steps please, Find the reference angle for the given angle. 181.7 degrees I already looked into this I believe it will reach quad. III making it 181.7-180= 1.7 degrees is this correct?

once you reflect that angle over the x-axis, on whatever quadrant it may be at that angle that it makes with the x-axis, is the reference angle, in this case 3rd quadrant, 181.7 makes a 1.7 reference angle
well... not really reflect... but rather constraint I gather =)
