This is a frightening question, but it is honestly for my class: Which drug is involved with the majority of suicides? a. Cocaine b. LSD c. MDMA d. Alcohol e. methamphetamine
Most people don't consciously try to OD on cocaine or heroin, that's all a result of addiction.
its mainly sleeping pills but i would say methamphetamine
but i am not sureee suree
I would definitely say alcohol. Many of these suicides are involuntary, like you hear of people mixing sleeping medication with alcohol and never waking up from it. But again, thing about alcohol-related accidents and alcoholism which involves many emotionally unstable people. Unstable people involved with this depressant can be at risk for taking their lives. Again, alcohol is universally available for those 21 and over so that makes it an extremely common drug.
@tennis96 That is not suicide. Suicide is purposely taking your own life.
I would guess alcohol. Keep in mind guys the question says "involved" not "used as agent of suicide". Unless I am reading that wrong @michaelarose?
You are reading it correctly. It is straight from the worksheet. So, it seems alcohol is the agreement. That'd be my best guess too.
@MichaelaRose Given that it is the only legal drug on there, it seems that has a much higher chance of being the answer.
