What is thy question ?

OpenStudy (chycora):

(1) Timpani, also known as kettledrums, are a type of drum. (2) They were first used in an orchestra in the 18th century. (3) Today, timpani are used in many concerts and even rock bands. (4) Timpani consist of head or skin stretched over a large bowl. (5) The head can be made of calfskin or plastic. (6) The bowl is traditionally made of copper, or more recently, constructed with lightweight fiberglass. (7) Timpani are played by striking the head with a drumstick which are felt-tipped wooden sticks or mallets. (8) Unlike most drums, timpani produce a specific pitch when struck and can be tuned. (9) Snare drums are the best drums for marching bands to use. (10) The pitch can be tuned by tightening the drumhead with keys and foot pedals. 1. Which sentence could be added to the passage to support the main idea? Bells are also a type of percussion instrument. There are four different types of timpani drums. Chimes are also known to produce an exact pitch. Jonathan Haas is a famous soloist timpanist.
