A, D start from lowest values
in fact D starts from very very low values and goes up
so you need to look at B and C

here you need to do a little comparison btw the two lines
$$y=-7x-8\ y=\frac{-1~~}{3}x-2$$
seems that -1/3 > -7 
so c would be above b try graphing them
