What is the exact volume of the sphere?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

do you know the formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes V=4/3 3.14^3

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

\[\large V=\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3\]

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

you need pi in there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

v=4/3(pi*r^3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did have in there

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

no you have pi^3 that's incorrect the formula is 4/3 pi r^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@roz_mar23

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

r=12.3

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

just plugin the numbers \[V=\frac{4}{3}\pi (12.3)^3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

V=4/3*3.14*12.3^3= 1790.83 so its C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know how to set it up but do not know how to work it out

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

@roz_mar23 never give answer pls

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

just guide ^^

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

apparently you did set it up incorrectly this is what you did \[\large V=\frac{4}{3}\pi^3\] which is incorrect
