Some people just don't feel like typing all of the steps so they just give the answer but when i see i tell the person in a nice way to please explain, if you be mean to them it will cause a problem and they will continue.

As @sleepyjess said stopping cheaters is impossible unless they are restricted from websites like this. Even then they will hack through and cheat.
