I need to know what the volume formula of a cone is and how to use it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can someone help me please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is google not working today?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=volume+of+a+cone

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whenever I try to use google to help me, I always get the wrong answer.

^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really? i got it on the first try right up top, don't even need to click a link

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think I'm understanding how to use that formula.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\(r\) is the radius, \(h\) is the height, if you know those two things you know the volume

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait so the formula is |dw:1422368147244:dw| ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think I get it now.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if the radius is 6 and the height is 18, the formula should look like this? |dw:1422368221301:dw|
