I know that some performing arts schools have dance as classes, but they have an instructor to get help from. In fact, one of my best friends goes to a performing arts school for dance.

As others have said, it would serve very little point. The class part of dance is very small and addressed far better in person than online. The exception being the history classes. If you look at a typical list of dance classes, you won't find much that goes well with the OpenStudy format: http://www.slc.edu/undergraduate/arts/dance/courses.html
