there is none just make some tea, coffee, or turn heater up high that's what i do.

hmmm i think its something to do with anemia
because from what you are saying hands and feet are cold which means blood supply is not enough there and this is one of the problems in people who have low level of hemoglobin
but this is only one of the possibilities - basically anything to do with blood circulation can cause this
