I would write it from a perspective of a woman or man getting distracted while on the road and BAM! add in some otamatapea and then jam them with details like crazy, then go into a thesis statement on how billboards are distracting. Use a Texas sharp shooter illogical fallacy and go in for statistics on accidents relating to distracted driving.

its analytical not really a tragedy...its not meant to make the reader sad in anyway its an argument.
