not just anyone 
+ it depends on the stage of illness - how bad is it? is it necessary? etc 
next blood group and tissue type of organ of the patient is to be checked and depending on that donor with same blood group and similar tissue type is chosen to donate the organ for transplantation 
but there is a high risk of tissue rejection by patient's body/immune system so it should be carefully taken care of
