Hey, I know you have long since been done with this test, but I'm pretty sure the answer was 1 28/99 because there were two repeating decimals, so that is where you would get the "99" you put the 28 there because those are the two decimals that are repeating. I know this doesn't make much sense, but it's a start for anyone else stuck on the same question I think.
