During the 1920s more than a million blacks moved from the South to cities in the North. Which was not a result of that migration? A. Langston Hughes and other black poets became well known. B. More blacks owned farms than at any earlier time in U.S. history. C. Chicago's black population increased by 50 percent. D. New York's black population increased by 66 percent.
I am not certain of the answer, but I believe that the answer is B. :)
@BlossomCake please don't give direct answers... thanks :D
I am sorry. I am not sure how to explain it. All I know is that during this migration, many Black artists, novelists, and musicians became well known. It is also to be assumed that the black populations did increase since it was a migration. :)
Maybe a link to a website explaining is a better idea @BlossomCake :D
Okay, I will keep that in mind for the future. And again, sorry for the direct answer.
It's okay :D
ok thanks
