Polygons EFGH and E′F′G′H′are shown on the following coordinate grid: What set of transformations is performed on EFGH to form E′F′G′H′? (1 point) A translation 1 unit to the right followed by a 90 degrees counterclockwise rotation about the origin A translation 1 unit to the right followed by a 270 degrees counterclockwise rotation about the origin A 270 degrees counterclockwise rotation about the origin followed by a translation 1 unit to the right A 90 degrees counterclockwise rotation about the origin followed by a translation 1 unit to the right

Mehek (mehek14):

ok so it has to be 90 degrees rotation so the second and third answer choices are not going to be it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (jjuden):

i agree with @Mehek14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its A

Mehek (mehek14):

if you rotate the polygon 90 degrees, it's lowest point would be on (0,3) but in the second figure, it is one unit up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would be D ??

Mehek (mehek14):

well it says to the right...
