9.) Tell whether the lines for each pair of equations are parallel, perpendicular, or neither. Explain your response. (hint: both equations need to be in slope-intercept form)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't know thats all it said I copied and pasted :/

Nnesha (nnesha):

pair ????

Nnesha (nnesha):

order pair ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh

Nnesha (nnesha):

9.) Tell whether the lines for each pair <-------??? where are pairs ??

Nnesha (nnesha):

is there any graph so u can find order pair ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no there is no graph :/

3) Write the equation of a line in slope-intercept form that has a slope of −3 and passes through the point (−2,1).

Nnesha (nnesha):

slope intercept form is y = mx+b where m is slope which is always with x and b is y-intercept so replace m by -3 and then use ur order pair where first number is x and 2nd is y (x,y)<--use this replace x and y by thier valeues thn solve for b

Thanks

Do you know the last 2 >? 6) Write an equation in point-slope form for the line through the given point with the given slope. Hint: Point-slope form is 7) Write an equation for the line that is parallel to the given line and passes through the given point. Write your equation in slope-intercept form.

Nnesha (nnesha):

i can't help when there is no data where are given points ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ugh its jus like this I just copied and pasted

Nnesha (nnesha):

hm i'm pretty sure there are given points and slope because if you read question they are saying "given points and slope" 100% sure look at ur question try to type here instead of copying and paste

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nnesha (nnesha):

THROUGH the given point ?? where are points ?? talk to ur teacher and tell them there aren't any points

Nnesha (nnesha):

hint: point slope form is where is ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright . thanks

Nnesha (nnesha):

np
