im sorry no its not a function ( I didn't type the "not") I think its a relation tho I had to think about it for a second If you can draw a vertical line through a graph so that it intersects the graph more than once, then the graph is NOT a function, but rather a relation. If every vertical line intersect the graph in only one point, then the graph IS a function
