How Does The number of chromosomes found in the two daughter cells compare to the number of chromosomes found in the mother cells?

If the cells undergo Mitosis, each daughter cell has the same number of chromosomes as the mother cell. If the process is Meiosis, then each cell has half the amount of chromosomes.
