I think the answer is B but I'm not sure, can you tell me if I'm right?

it increases by 0.18 min each year....
hence there is a gap of 9 years between 2004 and 2013...
(9*0.18)+3.05 is d answer......

@srev98 that gives me 4.67 which isn't one of the choices, does that mean I round to the closest and B is still the right answer?
