WILL GIVE MEDAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What should I eat before gymnastics? I have gymnastics in 1 hour and 30 mins. What exactly do you think I should eat?

I would suggest past and fruits because the carbohydrates will be digested into sugar to help your energy.

But seriously. I know for a fact that you should eat pasta and fruit either before or after... i don't remember which, but it's safe to eat pasta and fruits for now.

@alexandervonhumboldt2 Ok, so tell me that after you go through a 4 hour practice constantly running around, flipping on a 4 inch wide beam 4 feet off the ground, swinging around parallel bars hitting your feet every turn on the low bar, falling on your back every time, and constantly in pain.

@help?!?!?! What you should eat before gymnastics is something that is light and healthy. You don't want to eat too much because you can get sick from doing stunts. Don't drink water or any liquids because the liquids will get you sick when doing stunts. If you are extremely thirsty drink a little bit of water at a time. You can have a fruit or a granola bar. Hope this helps. :)
