We can eliminate answers C and D, because those two facts are told by points on the graph, not slopes. To discern between A and B, try to find a point that is near a line or whole number, and then look at the next point. If it looks like the next point is clearly more than halfway to the next line, you can safely say that it increases by 7. If it only goes halfway, you can say that it only increases by 5.
