Looking at the image, we know that the y-intercept would be 110 because thats where the line intercepts the y.

Using 2 of the linear points, i'll use the coordinates (90,10) and (70,20). Perform the slope formula.

So now when you graph y=-2x+110, the graph will look like the picture below and resembles the picture you posted as well.
