The circus clown wants to share 13 balloons among 3 children. He wants to give each child the same number of balloons. How many balloons will each child get? A. 3 B. 4 C. 10 D. 13

He has to give the children each the same amount of balloons but cannot give more then 13.

So each child could have 4 balloons. So 3 children will have 4 balloons each so 3 times 4 and then subtract it from the total amount to get the answer.

Oh wait, he was just asking how many balloons he gave to each children, sorry. It would be 4 each.
